Oh dear, not good today. Head is mush, shaking, breathing not good, sweating, not good thoughts (am I going to die), lots of adrenaline rushes, feel dizzy, tight muscles etc. trying to distract myself trying to calm my breathing trying to tell myself it's just anxiety. It's not working so far, I hate it when I'm like this.

Having a really bad day
Hi Winter
Sorry you are not feeling good
I no these are anxiety symptoms & i dont usually have to much trouble with breathing etc , even though I used to on the past , but I dont no where you are but the heat here is just about of the scale now & I am starting to feel all these things , & when I do feel panic trying to creep in
Most people today will be sweating I think no matter what
Try & stay cool , drink plenty & if you can do as little as possible & remember you symptoms possibly are feeling worse due to the heat
I hope you feel better later
Love

Hi Whywhy,
I think it's my time of the month that's actually doing this!! I hate feeling like this, thanks for your thoughts, I'm feeling a bit better now although just on the cusp of starting again! Xxxx
Hi Winter - sorry youre feeling so rough - been there! First of all, you're NOT going to die - it is "just" anxiety!!!! Try to slow your breathing - breathe in counting 1 2 3 4 then out counting 1 2 3 4 5 6 - or as long as you can manage - but try to make the out breath longer than the in breath. If you've got a clock/watch with a second hand, try bfeathing in while the second hand moves from one number to the next, then out as it moves on again. Also, if you can find a paper NOT plastic - bag - or a largeish envelope - put that over your mouth and nose and breathe in and out into it, inflating it like a balloon. I know these are difficult to do, but they DO work, thou' they take a while!
Good luck and keep blogging!

Hi Winter
I'm sorry you feel this way, I've been there a million times like yesterday for example. Best things I can suggest is go a walk, try and walk as fast as possible it's the best way to burn off the adrenaline, then go and lie in a warm bath.
I hope you start to feel better
Xx
