When I had cbt my nurse explained to me the reason for these sort of symptoms. They're all explained by the fight or flight response, your anxiety is forcing your body into a state where you can fight an attacker or run away which means blood is often drawn away from some places into others temporarily which causes the numbness/tingling/dizziness/weakness, the pain in your legs/back is likely down to the muscles tightening because of this process. It's completely harmless and if you can tackle the mental side of anxiety the symptoms will go. If you're really concerned, maybe try calling your doctor as then they can put your mind at ease. These are such common symptoms of anxiety, try not to panic too much, I've been there before too and the doctor confirmed it.
- Health issues: allergic reaction to food, my MVP diagnosis which had symptoms like palpitation, shortness of breath and dizziness/light headedness, sinus allergy... also can trigger my anxiety attacks
- Whenever I fell alone, lonely and/or ignored by people (or special person)
- Visiting doctor’s clinic or seeing medical equipments
It’s hard... but trying my very best to overcome the struggles.
