Left lung

Does anyone ever get the feeling of their left lung being squeezed so tight?

If had this more or less constant for the last week, yesterday wasn't so bad so I thought maybe it was starting to go away but I have it today just as bad.

It's scaring the bejesus out of me :-(

stress and worry cause allsorts of physical feelings, the more you fret about them the worse they seem to get..have you been checked out by doc? once they give you all clear you can relax knowing it is a symptom of stress..hope you feel better soon xx

Yeah I've been to the doctor twice, they said they can't find anything to be worried about but it's hard to ignore this feeling :-( xx

I agree with dizzyd.

As a health anxiety sufferer I normally have some worry 'on the go' and if the doc has said your lungs are fine, then no doubt they are fine.

I know only too well how hard it is to accept this but try and distract your mind form thinking about it all the time.
