I went to an evening social event at my daughters school
I went on an outing to wellington country park with a large bunch of kids from the Church
I successfully held a telephone conference at work

Hi grayem
You have done brilliantly this week be proud x
I've had a really bad day but I will end it thinking of the positives which are
1. I completed my first week at work after months off sick. I had to have a word with myself wed as I felt so awful..
2. I went to my sons school to sort out a really annoying teacher. I did it calmly but firmly (I would usually have let things go as I've always been afraid of confrontation) and I felt better once I got home.
3. I got through today feeling really rubbish but have prepared my work stuff for tomorrow
