yes nearly all the time and a lot more symptoms as well and each day they seem to get worse sorry to be the bearer off bad tides but I just have to try and accept it all as nothing seems to help and believe me I have had every kind of help that you can imagine

I do dddd, but unlike bazil, mine does go away for a bit.

I have tinnitus all the time but thats another thing entirely. I got that when i was 17 and it never went away.

The fuzzy head and dizzyness etc does go away. Its only around when i'm at my most heighten peak, bordering on a panic attack or just after for about a week.

You dont go into much detail about how long you have had these symptoms but when i first 'got' anxiety i had the whole dizzy dreamy world state for about four weeks straight until i learnt to cope/ control/ bear with it.

Hello there

thanks for replying to my question. The tinnitis started after a bump to the head when I was 13 but came in waves/attacks bit like a train whistle and the doppler effect. More recently it is there all the time this started again as attacks about 4 yrs ago and now is there all the time. The doctors seem to think it is stress realated and the headaches etc are all related. At one point they thought it might be meneirs disease/syndrome but tests at the ENT dept came back negative.

Yes, when I feel more anxious many times I feel as if the the floor is moving as I walk, it's very uncomfortable and makes me feel insecure... :s even knowing that "it's nothing", "just stress", it's very difficult to ignore...

Well I first noticed my lightheadedness when I was approx 7years old. I complained to my mum that my head felt poorly and she ended up paying private to have a consultant examine me as my own family dr. Couldn't help. Anyway I'm now 56 years old and I've suffered from light headed ness on and odd all of my life. A feeling varying from mild lightheadedness to a feeling I may actually faint ....although I don't as it turns into panic attack and I escape from the situation....by moving ....which helps. My blood pressure is approx 120/80 or a little less and recently all my blood test came back normal. So Anemia and diabetes etc ruled out. I do get it more so when I haven't had enough sleep .............also when I'm in a situation where I feel trapped and can't escape. I've just had to learn to deal with it and cope. But sometimes it's very upsetting and debilitating. Do you think it's stress ????????

Please help

Yours sincerely

Lightheaded Lilly !!!!

hello

thank you for replying to my question. I am sorry to hear you have suffered for so long.

It could be stress, amongst other things. Have you been checked for meniere's disease/syndrome. Do you suffer from labarynthitis - excuse the spelling -

cheers

Hello thanks for replying to my question.

Mt tinnitus started after a bump to the head when i was @ 13. I used to come in waves then go - a bit like a train whistle and the doppler effect. Once i got into my 20s it went away but about 4 yrs ago it came back and just got steadily worse - I have a ringing in my ears now pretty much all the time - worse at night when quiet.

I have found quiet gentle music, whale song, rain fall sound tracks etc all help - especially at night . The doctors thought I had a touch on meniere's disease which is a salt in-balance in the inner ear but an mri scan came back negative - so am exploring anxiety as a possible cause as I get dizzy spells, headaches, lathergy and light-headedness a lot. One thing -- remember you are not alone - this organisation has shown that to me I am delighted how suppoertive everyone is and it is of some comfort to know it is not just me.

Hello I used to get this all the time and now that my anxiety is finally subsiding I have noticed a decline in all of these awful symptoms. What I used to notice is that the dizziness was by the far the worst and would send me into a more anxious state also my anemia was not helping the situation at all!

I still do have the tinnitus but I think that's more so due to my love of music and my heavy reliance on my iPod

I can promise you that it will get better in time and I wish you all the best!! X

I have tinnitus and last year developed light headless. Went to doc and turned out I had vertigo. Got serc which is good for both tinnitus and vertigo. Vertigo gone but tinnitus remains but when it's bad I take the serc and it does lessen. I've leart to ignore it and mostly only notice it at night or in very quiet surrounds. I stopped taking nurofen as I was advised it can make it worse and is not good for your tummy. I hope you find something that helps :-)

i have all these symptoms, feeling dizzy, light head, ringing in my ears, sometimes a loud pitched tone,in my left ear, head fuzzy, eyes blurry,i went to a E.N.T. specialist and he couldn't find anything wrong,so i know its my anxiety at its worst.these are worse when i dont get enough sleep, sometimes they go away for a few weeks, and come back again,i can't tell you how to stop it ,but it is anxiey related, with me anyway....love Miarose.xxx

Serc is a tablet used for relief of vertigo and tinnitus it doesn't make the tinnitus go away but it does lessen the noise.

I have tight headeness all the time so scary but the G.P says anxiety and depression so have had brain scans but still there although the scans were clear ,so just have to put up with it apart from anti depressants which I Will not take but does take your life over. Take Care xxxx
