Even though it may be a grey day outside I'm feeling positive, first morning in 2 weeks without taking lorazepam!! Yay! Hopefully ill be back to work Wednesday, as long as I steer clear of red peppers I've found they flare my IBS this week.

What a wonderful photo of that rose. hope you have a great day :-)

Have you tried roasting those red peppers, I find I can eat them, without too much IBS reaction then.
