It could be , I get these symptoms as anxiety can mimic these feelings of health problems

If you are worried , go & ask your GP , I am sure they will say everything is OK , but once they have you can start dealing with this knowing its anxiety

Thank you. Hate going to gp as get so frightened. Think it is my health anxiety. I have been on 20mg of citrapram for about 8 months now just wish it would go away,it gets in way of everything I do ,sorry to go on xxx

You are not going on , if you have been taking them for 8 months I would go back , they might need to change the dosage

I no , I get frightened to , write it down & pass it them if you feel you will struggle talking , like you have on here , lots of us do that as we struggle talking

hiya, do you think if i wrote to my GP, he would just post me my fit note instead of having to sit in a crowded waiting room, working up a panic, feeling sick and then having to humiliate myself by becomming a wreck in front of him and my partner xxx

My doc will phone me if I can't go down and I can then get someone to pick up notes or prescription. xx
