I miss my mom and dad so much
Hi there, interviews aren't easy at times but just stroll in there do your best and you will be glad you at least attended.
Good luck. Let us know how you get on. You'll be great 😊 x
I know but I've been having heart issues Low blood pressure. In the high heart rate and high blood pressure with the low heart rate
What are your doctors saying about this?
About a month and a half ago I had high blood pressure 215/115 they put me on high blood pressure medication but it seems to have lowered my blood pressure too much and also affected my heart rate I was in the hospital for three days last week and they took me off all of my blood pressure medications I'm still having issues.
Right now I take Xanax 2 1/2 mg a day and I am ramping up Zoloft from 50 to 100 mg per day. I just started Zoloft about three weeks ago and had really bad anxiety and start up
Oh ok maybe you need to get checked out again then before taking on a job. Is that what you are thinking?
I don't know what to do I think it's mostly anxiety I'm just really stuck
I've been doctors I've been to urgent care I've been to the hospital I can't really afford very much more cause I'm on employed
That's a shame and sorry to hear that. Being employed is difficult with health issues. Is the job something you are keen on? you maybe just need to feel better first before contemplating a new job. Your health, after all comes first!
Sorry you are struggling. Have you tried some counselling would be good in the long run. It's hard to get motivated when we are struggling with so much. Good luck for your interview. Just remember everything is temporary xx
Yeah I know everything is temporary and it's just so freaking hard
It's gonna be alright
Your blood pressure and heart beat may have been raised due to your anxiety alone and the doctors thought it was permanent high blood pressure and put you on meds to reduce your blood pressure. But then your BP went back to normal but because you were on meds they reduced your BP too much. That's what it sounds like to me. If correct, your BP is normal as would be expected with a young person such as yourself.
I say go ahead and find yourself a job, a new job can be a real tonic and it can be a distraction from all your anxiety issues. Loads of people with anxiety hold down demanding jobs and so can you. Just be yourself at interviews, a smile is helpful, then just tell the people interviewing you what they want to hear and you're half way to getting the job.
Try to accept the symptoms and bad feelings without generating extra fear that only causes your nervous system to remain over sensitised. Remain calm and accept them whenever they come and you will be doing more to bring about your recovery than all the medications and therapy in the world. I hope you soon get a good well-paid job doing something you like with people you like working with. Good luck!
Accept even that with calmness, don't fear the bad feelings, they are only glitches in your nervous system and will pass just as all troubles pass. If your anxiety is most noticeable when you wake up you may find that having a cup of green tea (available from any supermarket) is helpful, the green tea contains something that counteracts the effects of cortisol, a hormone that is at its peak at 8a.m. Too much cortisol can cause anxiety to increase.
I do not like cortisol,it's like poison ,I know anxiety, stress can raise it and then when physically work your body your muscles feel sore.
What are good things that cortisol does for your body why does it need it?
I think cortisol is one of those Fight or Flight hormones that gives you extra energy when needed and the human body for some reason thinks we need an extra squirt of it to get us going first thing. But we don't do Fight or Flight at 8a.m. any more so it just sloshes around making us feel extra anxious. Green tea contains L-thianine which some say counteracts the cortisol, I find it effective and have a mug of green tea on rising. Of course, it may be the placebo effect but if it works don't fix it.
My anxiety is getting so bad were I don't even want to go out house I lost my mum 2 years ago I could talk to her about anything then my dad 5months .i hate feeling this way lost my anxiety is so bad just now I love the days when I get up and feel good not pretending I'm happy myh daughters son are what is keeping me going .i hope you find job stay strong
I lost my mom 2 years ago and I miss her so much it hurts. I lost my dad 10 years ago. It hurts deep inside. I don't have no kids, I don't think I could take care of them if I did because I am a mess.
