Well another night has gone by with alot of broken sleep due to my worrying and my anxiety issues! Can't remember the last proper nights sleep that I had! No energy due to this and no desire at the minute to do anything!

Have you tried chamomile tea, it tastes a bit funky but at night half hour before you sleep really does help. Also lavender candles helped me have a full nights sleep i felt so rested in the morning.
Visualisations also help me drift off if my mind wont stop or i am having a big anxiety attack as soon as i think about sleeping. ive been in that circle a lot of not sleeping then having a crap day, but sometimes pushing yourself just to do something small and achieve something in the day helps you with your mood so much, as if you sit doing nothing i found it even harder to sleep that night.
