Chest pain

I'm quite panicking today...in the last hour I feel like all around my heart is being squeezed really tightly...so I'm panicking more. Does this sound just like tension or am I right to worry?

when i had chest pain they called a paramedic, then i was taken in to hospital for a few hours luckily turned out to be anxiety.

I'm not sure if you have had any checks on your heart but worth just checking with the doctors.

Anxiety can manefest in this way, I've certainly felt this, I think its called the pericardium, and its a protective sack around the heart. I've no idea why it would feel like its constricting, so it maybe just our minds actually feeling its presents and as with all symptoms not dangerous.

I've got the doctors on Thursday anyway, but I've woke up today and it's still sore, I was getting dragged up to dance at a party in Saturday so I'm thinking I've maybe pulled my muscles but in my head it's doom as gloom lol x
