The Small Things

I have recently been prescribed an SSRI, and I think it’s working. It could be a placebo, who knows. What are some small things you do in your daily life that makes living a tiny bit better? I can’t solely rely on medication to get well.

Good for you that you think the med is working for you and it doesn't matter whether it is or is not a placebo affect. Are you currently in therapy, if not it's definitely helpful for healing to work in conjunction with the medication rarely will just medication do it on it's own.

A couple simple things I found very helpful was developing and cultivating an attitude of gratitude, it just helped me feel better and another was changing my thinking of what was wrong with me to what was right for me as I went about my day.
