This is a pretty good form of how your Anxiety and Depression works over time. First picture is a ball that just bounces inside the square. The button on the left is the button to Anxiety/Depression. As you can see the size of the ball is always turning on your anxiety/depression.
Over time and time passes you can see the size of the ball reducing. Meaning the anxiety/depression button is hardly ever pressed.
Time heals all and I hope you guy’s is ball is as small as a grain of sand.

Hi zoom. I just read your bio and we’re taking care of this Anxiety/Depression the same way. I don’t take any meds and only saw a therapist once. I also try to do natural healing and so far is kinda of working. I’ve yet to fully heal but it will come in time.
Ya, I have never been one who like meds in my life, so natural ways seemed good but I am not complaining at all. I am also trying out the breathing exercises. You know without meds discipline is a must on these natural ways otherwise it never easy. I am glad you are doing okay. This ball helps us to see things differently bcz sometimes when we have an idea what we are dealing with, it easier to force the healing in the mind
I do a breathing exercises as well, I’ve been trying to do some Meditation but it’s a bit hard for me cause I fall asleep fast lol.So I try working out and I take a lot of supplements.
I’ve read a couple books and say that the brain can be rewired naturally by the way you think.
So the tools are all there.
Yeah I saw the pictures on my friend’s Twitter page. And I took it. I think she’s going through something similar I just don’t wanna be nosy and ask her.
Meditation, that one is hard, but u make me laugh that u sleep while doing it 😁😁😁. I also excersise a lot. I hope ur friend also come here to get support as well so that she can find help, this site is toooo powerful
