Feeling an improved sense of calm. Things that have helped;
confronting the anxiety trigger - responses weren’t as awful as expected;
sticking to my gut feeling on the issue at hand - I did sit with various options that others voiced for a bit, but ultimately decided what was best for me
This community - always lets me vent!
Make a to do list and try to cross one thing off each day , break it down to smaller steps if necessary - it reminds me that I’m alive and a functioning adult
Saw my MD - got a good explanation of what may be triggering my physical symptoms, some updated lab work, and new suggestions. She didn’t make me feel like a hypochondriac which I was concerned about.
I still have some issues to resolve from this episode however am hoping for brightness to follow you and me both.
