I feel like lately I’m constantly stuck in fight or flight mode and don’t know how to get out or move on. I seem to never feel safe and I don’t know why. I’ve been through far worse in life and yet it seems the minor things or uncomfortable confrontations debilitate me. I want to be better and feel safe and confident in myself but don’t know how to stop my brain or body from feeling this way.

It is so difficult feeling that way. I too, wake up with anxiety and worry for no apparent reason. Every day I have to mentally go through all my thoughts and try to comfort myself that nothing is wrong.
Mostly, I worry about my health; along with family members. Would it help to add a new task/hobby? A distraction? Maybe force yourself to take a walk, or sit down and do a crossword puzzle? A call to a friend?
I think the best thing is to share though. Just coming to this site help me a bit,
so you suffer from panic attacks?
