Fight the Good Fight

Hello, I'd like to post a few words of encouragement in OUR daily fight.... Life is ten percent of what happens to us,. and ninety percent of HOW we REACT to it All. AND Always Remember This: "There is no Prize without a Cost,.There is no Crown without a Cross, There is no Dawn without a Night,.There's No Victory without a Fight,. Refuse to Stay in the Pit your in,. Always know you WILL WIN. We will always have "down days" and days when we feel like just giving up,. We're tired of this struggle! We then have to CONSTANTLY remind ourselves that EVERYTHING we want and need comes unfortunately AFTER our Sufferings. I don't know WHY it has to be this way? But in My life, I've come to ACCEPT this fact. I Know it's a hard pill to swallow,. But i also Learned that the QUICKER we can TRULY ACCEPT our sufferings as almost a "Necessary Evil" in our lives, the better off we'll be.

Well put, thanks, I agree. Sometimes this is not what people want or need to hear during a crisis in their lives. But I have learned it is very true. Suffering seems to be the price we pay for wisdom. I would like to advise especially younger people suffering from anxiety and depression to let go of the dramatic story lines, accept that there will always be a certain amount of physical and mental discomfort existing as a human being, and to move on to what is next, making your best effort. That's all we can do, and it does usually make life worth living in my experience. Thanks again!

Thanks onthetrail for your comments. Your right that depending on what point a person's at, and what it is their fighting, has alot to do with what they do or don't want to hear about. For this reason, i realize that it's impossible to reach everyone with just one piece of advice when there are soo many other factors that need to be addressed when dealing with emotions, symptoms, beliefs, negative thoughts, etc,etc.. But on just the subject of human suffering, trying to give it a purpose, or reason for it's ugly existence in all of our lives at one level or another helps to be able to deal with it, and know that we don't have to run from it, or allow suffering to beat us down like a metaphoric, psychological "bully" we try to avoid at all costs. Thanks Again for your kind words.
