As i sat quietly i wondered how much anxiety and depression have on the physical. i had only one doctor say..the brain is an organ a part of the body..heck yes depression etc is physcal. One doc out of ? thousand in a lifetime. Now the question of how to take care of that part....has many parts. of course pain etc disability itself uncertainty beliefs and out side of our control..can effect that outcome. Where is the line between caused anxiety and depression and dna...nature nuture...We cant just throw lives away and start new.How to love yourself for who you are right now.......we are the sum of experience. we bless each other.
