I can relate. I kind of look at it like putting gas in your car. Your car needs fuel to run. Your body and your brain need fuel to function. (I'm sure you knew that already, lol) Force yourself to eat. Even it's just a little at a time. I also want to share the best "tool" I have found is mindfulness. (I would feel better if I could practice it daily.) You might want to check it out. It felt really corny and weird to me at first. It helps us change our thought process to remain calm & logical.

Wishing you all the best & hope this helps.

Thank you! I have been drinking protein drinks to get something in my stomach, hoping that this will pass soon and I can eat again. I do use mindfulness to sleep which kind of helps!

I’ve been struggling with that too. It’s hard to eat when your body is so wired. But I try and force myself to have a snack at least. Lately something that has helped my anxiety has been to stand outside in the sun and just take some deep breaths. I’m trying to find more things to help rewire my nervous system. But also things to do in moments of high anxiety to help bring me back down. It’s a tough road. But we can do it!

Thank you!! They prescribed me zofran for the sickness so I’m praying it works!

Hopefully that helps with the nausea! Don’t push yourself too hard. But eating small things at a time is better than nothing at all

Thank you so much!!

I'm prone to stomach problems too, and I've found sipping ginger chai helps a lot. I get mine at the Indian market.
