the concert was amazing! Thank you all for your kind and encouraging words! I didn’t get home until about 2am. I also had a wake and funeral this weekend. This morning I woke up incredibly exhausted and also anxious. I feel guilty bc I need to do work today but all ive been doing is sleeping and laying down. I know I should force myself to be productive but I also wonder if I’m so tired bc of this weekend and it’s what my body needs

Happy Monday Daisy425, I started my day with a smile because of you x

I'm glad you enjoyed the concert, I knew you would once you got there.

I'm sorry for your loss. Listen to your body and take a "me day" as it was

quite a weekend for you. As for the Anxiety, this can be the effects of the

whirlwind events in the last few days. Breathe. Time to take care of Daisy :) xx

I'm so glad you had a good time at the concert .. thanks for the update.Remember your anxiety lied to you about all that. Don't let it lie to you about today. Congratulate and be proud of yourself for all you did this weekend.

That’s great you went to the concert and enjoyed it!

I had a concert two weeks ago and felt the same way. I’m glad I went it was incredible and I had a great time!!

We were home late too and I was pretty lazy over the weekend.

You did what your body wanted, rested.

Good for you!!

I'm so glad you went and that you enjoyed yourself! I have also had anxiety after attending events that I enjoyed. I think your body gets all worked up and excited at the events, which can cause residual anxiety. The good news is that anxiety isn't permanent and it will go away if you give it time. In my case, the more times I go out, the less residual anxiety. I agree with the others- never hesitate to take a "mental health/rest" day.
