Hello,

My name is Giuseppe and I’m from Peru. Hope everyone that read this can understand my English. I am suffering of a several anxiety condition. Everyday I suffer of panic attacks, I cant eat properly because I feel that I am going to drown, I sweat a lot and my body shakes with no control when this happens. I am afraid of going out because the way I feel. This is affecting my life style and sometimes I just want to give up on me (kms). I don’t really know what to do, I don’t wanna do drugs or things like that because I know I will be worst, but I would like to be medicated by a professional, unfortunately here in Peru is really hard to find a good professional. I guess there is no escape for this sickness and just give up

Mantracare/Peru.org, online in Peru, is 90% less expensive than face to face mental health care therapy in Peru. Ask them about Prozac. Prozac has helped many people who suffer from panic attacks.

Good job on the english. One of the things that helped me with panic/anxiety was learning that it's a paradox, the more you struggle and fight it the more it persists. We think it will harm us or that we are in danger but it's all a lie. What helped me was reading the DARE Anxiety book and watching their youtube videos, I even subscribed to their phone app for a while. Knowing and understand what anxiety/panic really is and how to constructively deal with it takes the mystery and fear out of it, it's also good to realize that you aren't alone and the only one dealing with it. medication can also be helpful temporarily, in my case it was Klonopin that helped.

There is so much you can do to improve your life. Use your phone to research all of the resources to gain a better life, like you tube. Try using ChatGPT to find useful info, asking it for advice. Get outside and walk. Volunteer. Get involved with a charity. Practice gratitude, start journaling. Join a fitness club or local community center. Live in the present. The future will take care of itself. God wants only good for you. Don’t think of the world as being against you.

Thank you very much for these words, it really helps me a lot, I will have my first psychiatrist appointment and I’m a little bit nervous, hope everything goes well and I think this will be a good step for my future treatment. ❤️
