Hi l'm PinkLoverr.And l suffer from anxiety issues and as l grow they just become more severe l don't know how l should overcome them.l find my heart beating faster sometimes being anxious that l wanna be alone for sometime.

Are there certain things that cause your aniexty to trigger more ? There are a lot of tools to help, but it requires a lot of effort. There is no easy way to deal with it.

Therapy helps a lot.

Self reflecting

Meditation

Journeling helps a lot.

Disconnect from social media.

Just to name a few.

Yes sometimes they are.Cause sometimes l would see some of my peers,friends posts and sometimesit doesn't sit well with me, its that l wouldbe jealous but l also dont understandwat would b3e happening...For example days back l saw that someone l know got accepted in university, she passed with so nice marks.l also passed but you know l started having these thoughts starting to feel down for myself, wishing it were me, and l never want to feel like that coz it's not nice.I even went to a point of not viewing anyone's statuses coz it might start when l see somethings like that now starting yo feel like lm nothing...

Yes Social media is a big contribution to me, that's why l wanna be off of it for long and never look back...

I would definitely get off of social media. I did, back in late November, it's been the best. I would strongly recommend therapy. That feeling of not being good enough, thats a sign of a much deeper issue. Don't ever feel like you're not good enough. Look up ways to ground yourself and live in the moment, not the past or future. Start thinking in terms of "What is" not " What if."

I also did l remember last year and yah l was so much better.Pkay therapy l will check it our if this one lm doing is not working.Yess l really dont it's just ,l tend to compare myself to others and l never want that.Yawss yesss l will always look at a brighter side.Thankyouuu so much for this, you've actually made me feel better you know thankyouuu

Music has been helpful too. A couple of songs that helped me. "Looking up" and "Something just like this"

Hi pinklover anxiety can be so debilitating getting the right medical support can help you don't try and deal with this on your own have you anyone you can confide in about your anxiety having someone you can call on help you get better ! I truly hope you get better soon

I also suffer on & off with anxiety. Woke up with intense anxiety this morning. Just being with the feeling and not pushing it away or judging it is the best thing you can do for yourself. Love it and be curious about what it is showing you. Also be aware of the thoughts that are contributing to it. Negative self talk or regret tends to make it stronger. I am doing EMDR therapy, Sound Therapy, Massage, Somatic work, Shadow work, Internal Family Systems. Have also done plant medicine, sweat lodges, Tibetan Buddhism, etc. It all helps in some ways to heal, but ultimately what I am finding is that we need to trust and love ourselves not try to get validation from outside ourselves.

Yess it's starts by having trust on yourself, l do trust myself believe in myself then sometimes it all just go down then l start not having nothing on myself ,doubting even as to why am l in this world
