Are you able to go out and meet people? Can you make calls to your friends? I had experienced this. Alone in my room, with MDD. It's hell. I pray sincerely for us to find happiness and relief.

Hello,I get out and go some where. Movie, library, senior center. It dont always help, but its better then being alone while you brain bombards you with negative messages.

Hi, YOU guys get out there n scrape us knee, do an ice cream cone, gal on a bike or something, you gotta live girl, take chances let somebody else laugh at and with you, alone is Not medicine it IS DIS-EASE and you don't need that to contribute to your anxiety issues. FEAR is the mind confirming what You have told it, that's a fact, so trek yourself I am pretty, I AM strong, I AM in control of MY CHOICES because no one else Is.
Pretty much every day I'm paralyzed on my bed during the day. It is close to impossible to go out. So, I understand.
