Low dose lithium

I have been struggling with severe major depression for what seems an eternity. Meds don't hold Recently I've been prescribed a low dose of lithium as augmentation to regular antidepressants. It didn't take effect. Has anyone else tried this, and did it work?

Lithium saved my life! Stick with it. I went through so many antidepressants & when I started Lithium my life changed. You got this!

What us your dose? I ve been on it for 2 months, 300 mg daily, and feel nothing.

Dr. will do lithium levels blood test monthly to see if they need to updose if needed.

It's works great for me. Has helped me a lot.

100 mg in the morning and 200 mg in the evening. I hope it works for you 😊
