I'm still scared about anxiety in the moment fear; however I've had some time to regroup and reflect on things. I've experienced desertion from friends due to fear of my disability, and due to having to stay way from longtime friends who lied, deceived me and stole from me. I write in a journal and I think of all my blessings, and Im getting insight from posts on here. I'm thankful I found this sight. It has helped me.

Anxiety is crippling me! I'm homebound without any support because, like you, friends have disappeared and family isn't supportive.
Sorry to hear it. All we can do is take it one day at a time and start new activities for ourselves.
