So having done my list even though it started out small it has now grown to 30 things I need to do have put off doing lol. I Have knocked out 6 things since I posted 3 days ago . Some have been small things others not so small like moving furniture around. Feel such a feeling of accomplishment just hope that I can keep it going. Where I am at next Monday and Tues. its going to be brutal outside high for Monday 5 which -5 winchill and same for Tues. brrrrr so if I don't decide its a day to hide under the covers and binge watch some TV I am hoping to get a few more things done and hoping my back will allow me lol. As for my dog well she is only going so far as the yard it will just be way to cold for her to be out for a nice walk and for me well those temps will find my face frozen in place LOL. Hope everyone is doing ok or at least the best you can do.

Just remember my friend that all of your things don't have to be accomplished in the next 24-48 hours....next thing you need to do is prioritize the importance of the things remaining on your list and start at the top
Don't need to organize my list as of importance. I look at it each day and decide just what I feel like doing and how many energy I have. And then things get done and I am in no hurry to do anything in 24 to 48 hours I do what I can when I can and am happy with my outcomes..
I say relax, it's the weekend. Or at least one day off! (as my friend used to say)
If you accomplish things despite how you may be thinking or feeling, recovery will come to you.This is best time to show your anxiety who is boss and that it isn't needed.
Anxiety thrives on avoidance tactics.
