it’s been very hard for me to leave the house recently, I guess my question is do people judge others often who are just out and about grocery shopping or getting something to eat? more often than not I feel like everyone is staring at me.

how often do you judge somebody?
Hi,
Personally, I don't judge anybody who is going about their daily business.
While not a professional counsellor, it seems you might be a little low in self-esteem. While not a mental illness, poor self-esteem can still affect your thoughts, emotions, and patterns of behaviour.
You can also find online self-esteem tests to help determine whether your self-worth may be low. For instance, the Open-Source Psychometrics Projects offers free access to a version of the Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale, which is a test used to measure self-esteem in research.
Hi, I don't judge people when I am out and about. I am so busy concentrating on what I have to do and just being able to breathe cause I have COPD. If you feel someone is staring at you just look at them and give them a big smile and keep on doing whatever your doing this way if they are looking at you they know you know and it will stop. Don't let this feeling ruin your time out because in all honesty most people are way to into themselves to really pay attention to anyone else.. Hope this helps 😀
Hi Cenobite. Truth is something I learned a while ago and that is, “what someone else thinks about you is none of your business”. That was freeing; I need to stay in my own circle and focus only on what I do and say. I try not to think too much about what others may think or say because it really is none of my business. Most often if people are judging me or others it’s a way for them to avoid looking at their own selves. Pray for them. We cannot control or change actions or thoughts of anyone but ourselves. I wish you the best! Life is too short to worry about the small stuff.
I won't lie I judge people not like on their race or creed but on their behavior.
Take it from me most arent judging you they are dealing with their own lives which often consume their attention.
