So many headaches

It's like when I get up occurring mostly and now before I go to sleep

I wonder if anyone else gets

I don't think I am dehydrated or anything

Just side hurts or it's like when you get toothache but near eyes

Any comfort anyone's found?

Hi I'm sorry you're getting lots of headaches.Well could be loads of reasons but keep a diary.

I went to the opticians and found I needed glasses so that might be worth checking out especially at this time of year with less natural daylight/ more artifical light putting a strain on your eyes can cause headaches.

I hope you get some relief soon.

So sorry to hear you're suffering.

Have you recently had a cold ? I was wondering if it might be a sinus problem.

Or could it be the way you're lying on the pillow? I sometimes wake up with a headache.

Have you tried a heat pack ? Or soak a face cloth in warm water and hold it on the affected area - it might soothe it.

Worth getting checked though if it continues .

Thanks. This is the 3rd or 4th time ive had it. I cant take paxlovid due to other meds. I am just feeling crappy and getting in a funk. I miss my.mom and when i was a kid and she would take care of me when i was sick. She is 92 now and has alzheimers. Not real talkative and mostly sleeps. I miss the old days so bad. Less crime, no climate change, more stars at night. People had integrity and caring.

We care and you try to do your best to look after yourself. Your mother needs you now. It’s like parents and when we young they tried but as we got older there lives got complicated and they couldn’t. But now we can and should try to look after xxxxx
