Yes, prioritize your mental health care/self care as so important

To be honest I have good self care but it took years of practice and therapist and meds the right meds .

Self-care--absolutely. Put that poster up on your damn wall or on the fridge and practice, practice, practice. Maybe check off what you can do well versus what you cannot do well, then pick one at a time to work on. I would pick the one that I thought would help me the most to feel better. It's too bad you live in the U.K. ! Seasonal affective disorder. The worst country to be in if you are already suffering from depression. I'm joking but there's truth in what I say. Happy New Year! It's around the bend.
