went on a dinner date with s.o. Last night with another couple. Good friends of ours. We went to see my daughter at the restaurant she works at. We got a table in the back so that helped with the anxiety of being around strangers. At the last minute I didn’t want to go but I went. It was only maybe 1 1/2 hours so nothing crazy. Was underdressed compared to my friend and that made me uncomfortable. I shouldn’t have cared but I did. All in all the night was nice. I can’t believe I actually went. I was proud of myself! Baby steps.
