Today I’ll have my 1st therapy session in over 3 years.
Thankfully, I was able to have the initial assessment done through Zoom and I’ll also be able to have the sessions through Zoom!
I’m feeling hopeful, optimistic, and a little nervous.
But I think this is for the best right now.
I’ll finally have someone to talk to in detail about all of the awfulness that comes up for me!
I’m just hoping for the best. I need help 💗
