Today is my 1st day in here.

Started this journey in September after testing positive for Covid the day I returned from a Cruise. Went from mild anxiety to mild depression and now severe anxiety and depression. Not able to do any of the things I loved, especially reffing soccer and teaching Golf. Eating is impossible. The last real meal I had was September 4 th on the ship. Lost 20 pounds and just feel horrible. Dr prescribed me 50 mg Sertraline and I just got nausea for hours at first. .5 Ativan but they help only for a few hours. Love to do nothing all day but lay in bed or sofa. Used to watch sports, read books and cook amazing meals. Going to grocery store is as far as I go. Now I’m getting real sick from lost weight. Saliva flows all day. Might be a side effect of Sertraline or something else. Can’t sleep at all. Happy Thanksgiving. I’m staying home !

First talk to your doctor but seems you need to be cared for while you recover from it all. You need time to heal and gain some of the weight back and some medicines actually help with this but you need serious conversation with doctor.
