Not asking for medical advice, just seeing if anyone’s had good or bad effects with the following medications/supplements for anxiety/depression:

-OTC Lithium Orotate (5-10mg)

-N.A.C (N-acetyl cysteine)

-Vitex Agnes-Castus/Chasteberry

-Luvox

*all suggestions from my new psychiatrist*

I’m at my wits-end with my anxiety and depression. But very wary of prescriptions due to previous side effects and forgetfulness with taking medications 100% consistently, also my daily life consisting of nausea, dizziness, brain fog, trouble sleeping, congestion, fatigue, and GI issues anyways. I don’t want to make those things worse, but I need help
