I have never had a year in my life where I said "that was the worst year of my life". Now I have.

Family member in a accident and badly hurt thinking they were going to die.

Spouse loses 2 siblings. Financial stress.

Cancer.

My country once again loudly proclaims that it hates my stinking guts, not because of my transgressions but because of my race. In the USA, race is a transgression.

My country has cancer but it embraces it.

I'm sorry but I just had to get this off my chest.

Lots of pain. Still fighting the battle mentally.

I wish you all peace, joy and healing. I pray everyone here will have improved mental health and love in their life.

Myself: trying to find joy, trying to be a blessing to others, praying that the lord will help me stay strong and hopeful.

I'm very sorry to read about the losses in your family, the accident and the cancer. That's a lot to deal with in one year.

Wishing you the best with the things you are dealing with personally.

Hoping for peace in our country

Hi! So much can happen in a year. I truly hope that this next chapter brings good for you!!! It’s looking rough for all of us and all we can do is our best.

I am sorry our country treats you so poorly. I am sickened by the outcome. Please take care.

I completely understand your concerns and dispointments in the state of the union. I believe the worst is yet to come, and there is no sugar coating it...we have to find a way to survive, and know that there's going to be a lot of change, and not always for the best. Try and surround yourself with things that make you feel safe and comfortable...lower your stress levels the best you can, don't over burdon yourself with others stuff...put out your boundaries and shore up the barracades... it's going to a be a bumpy ride....

Thank you for your response and advice 😀

I get it. Kinda like when you think you’ve seen or heard it all until you see or hear something worse?
