I am feeling very anxious this morning . I just wanted to get this out into the community and world. It helps relieve stress and anxiety, and helps me feel like I have done something positive. Hope today is a better day for me and you. It feels better already for me.
Thanks for letting me vent and reading this post.

Thanks for the encouragement, it means a lot. I have to admit I was very nervous that no one would notice or respond to my comments, but you and others proved that I need not worry. I have to remember that others have issues too so they may care but have their feelings to contend with.
Thanks for the love Jemison_Schuyler, feeling it really sets me up for a good night and morning tomorrow. It really helps my anxiety and depression lessen, knowing that others care.
Good! If writing here helps you, then do it. I'm just discovering this myself. It's the next best thing to having a friend. Also helps to know that there are millions who suffer like we do; hard to believe that so many have to live like this. They should have fund raisers and marathons dedicated to depressed people! That's how serious it is.......
You are right, just knowing that others here have already been through the same thing and have survived makes the journey much more hopeful and survivable. Thanks for your kind words and please remember that I am on your side too.
Anxiety sucks. I've had panic/anxiety disorder for as long as I can remember, long before I knew that it was a medical condition. I now take clonazepam for it, two 0.5 mg tabs per day, and that helps. But it doesn't totally take away the anxiety and the stress. So I feel for you. May you have a better day! Please be sure to share with us any time.
