For the majority of my life, I've experienced anxiety. It sometimes goes from manageable to totally ridiculous. Sometimes it's for legitimate reasons, like world events. And sometimes it can be for mundane things like a sports team losing a game. It's getting a tiny bit better but it rears its ugly head every so often. I also have A LOT of social anxiety, which has impacted my social life drastically.
I am looking for advice from other people who may be dealing with the same issues.

I understand where you're coming from. My social anxiety is horrible. That's why I have no friends. I work, but it's hard some days. Like you, my anxiety goes from manageable to out of control at the smallest inconveniences (I am medicated). Once the anxiety hits, it's only a matter of time before the depression hits usually.
I'm sorry. I hate to hear that 🙁 I know it sucks. Trust me. My anxiety and depression has made me do so much stuff I regret, and I basically think about it on a daily basis, so that doesn't help. My job kinda helps sometimes, but most the time my mind just runs.
