My sister is not coming home. Soon she will probably leave. I don't want to be left alone with mom. Also mom's texting someone all day, breathing fast and I'm worried

Everything that makes me even a lil better is either paid or on my phone and mom doesn't like that. Just had a fight

Gaming. But I can't focus and not leave game with her around. Music and reels but again i can't with her. Texting about my issues. And i couldn't even open my book
