Uncomfortable Housing Situation

I moved into a new dorm this semester, I don't feel welcome in my dorm. It's honestly very triggering and has caused me to feel like I would be better off not here. I feel incredibly left out. One of my roommates said she was thinking about moving out into a different room and did not even tell me. What do I do?

I have therapy today and was hospitalized last week at a psychiatric hospital. Do I wait it out and see if it get better or do I start to look for alternative housing due to my mental health being so bad.

Definitely talk about that with your therapist. You will have to weigh the positives and negatives about both options and make the best decision you can based on that. Your mental health is absolutely the most important thing.
