I’m stuck in a rut and need to find a purpose in life again! I feel alone and scared. I am too young to waste the rest of my life. Help!

how did you lose your purpose ?

It all started at retirement then progressed when my husband died folowed by my Mom who I moved in with to keep her out of a nursing home. After retiring I went back to school and got certified as a PA (personal assistant) helping people with disabilities caring for their medical needs as well as overall house keeping, errands and transportation to and from medical appointments…Now I am stuck. I’m not used to this.

A sort of crossroads situation in life.

Kind of like empty nesters syndrome. You know when your kids leave home and you need to find your next mission in life.
