I’m not sure if it’s some type of anxiety I have or something wrong with my brain but I really want help, I’m Mexican and with my family mental health is kind of an issue that we prefer to disregard so I want to approach my parents carefully and talk to them about my problems. This started almost 2 years ago and even though I’ve found some ways to calm down my worries I’m sure therapy would help but I’m scared my parents will say that I’m overreacting or I’ll make them feel guilty. Any tips on how to approach parents on this
