I am looking to try a Clair Weekes approach to dealingbwith anxiety. She has several books on the subject. Has anyone tried any? Recommendation on which to read? Thanks

"Hope & Help for Your Nerves" by Dr. Claire Weekes was and is a winner for me.

Her book is on my desk. Her videos are free on YouTube. Her concept of "Acceptance"

of Anxiety is a world renowned theory that works. :) xx
