119 years later her teachings* continue to save lives blighted by anxiety and restore the quiet minds of millions. I know many here, including myself, can never express our gratitude to her enough for the difference her protocols have meant to our lives.

Face. Accept. Float. Let time pass.

Are her books easy to read? I haven't read any but I'm finding it difficult to read anything at the moment due to feeling low and finding it difficult to concentrate.

Sorry to hear that you're in the same position. I'm feeling very low and lethargic today and have manged to waste pretty much the whole day, when I should have been trying to keep myself busy and occupied (because it would have been better for me).

They are available on audible. Very nice to hear her voice. Her advice is great and to the point.

Claire Weekes writes that she knew people with anxiety and depletion couldn't cope with a long and learned book so she deliberately kept it as short as possible, a slim volume, and no medical terms or difficult words to tax overtired brains. Many readers say that they feel that Weekes knew them from the way she writes.

Absolutely, you just have to listen to her voice its compelling and so piercingly relevant-if that makes sense--as are her books.😇

I found listening to the audio version very helpful as I could play and replay a particularly compelling section over and over. I believe she narrates the book herself and her voice is so comforting and reassuring.

It helped SO much to read her book when I was going through months of anxiety last year. I especially appreciated her comments about the physical symptoms such as the hot stabs in the gut, which she said to ride through and remember that these are just feelings and not medically significant. Her practical, down-to-earth approach is wonderful and encouraging, especially since she herself had experienced this crippling condition.
