I got her book and am wondering about the acceptance part. If i was avoiding doingvsomething as i knew it would make me feel worse, if i decide to go ahead and do it despite how horrid my symptoms of adrenaline may become, does that mean i accept it? Or is that just getting by?

Hi TailWags, it does mean you accept it. No way are you going to allow
anxiety to control your life and tell you what you can and can't do.

Thank you!!!! I have been trying so hard to deal with this anxiety situation for weeks. I am only on page 35 of the book, just started with it, but so far i am hopeful it will help.
It will dear but it takes time. I prefer listening to the videos while lying down
to go to sleep at night. Even if you fall asleep, your subconscious mind continues
to hear all that is being said. It stores the thoughts and eventually retrains the
brain. They say within 30 days, you can start noticing the difference. xx
Acceptance is, by far, the hardest part. I do it with varying degrees of success.
