When I'm around strangers, what should I expect? Should I expect them to be minding their own business? Should I expect them to spot my fast-twitching body movements? Will they care at all? Will they be polite about it and just keep it moving if they do see it? I know it's a bit repetitive. I'm aware, but it's also very helpful to get feedback. Comments are welcomed, thanks.

I think we are all in our own little world. Walking around maybe they'd think you're strange or have some condition, but don't we all. If you are going to be around people for a while I don't think it would be bad at all if you explained your condition to put yourself at ease. ☮️ I think sharing vulnerability is something that will benefit all of us humans.
So, if I explained to people that I'm working on my social anxiety they would understand?
