Really suffering with anxiety and depression. Having problems getting any motivation. Scared of how I feel. Wake to anxiety every morning.

It has now turned to bad depression. Looking to see how others handle this.. sometimes I feel so alone although I have family support.

Morning anxiety SUCKS my friend. I am so sorry you're dealing with it. I'm in a rough spot too and relate to this a lot (no family besides my dad though and he doesn't talk about emotions ). But regardless this stuff makes us feel even more isolated than we are no matter what. Make sure to go easy on yourself rn and definitely avail yourself of whatever professional support you can get. I do because my life depends on it. Hang in there, eh? I will too

Best place to start would be to get some professional help whether it's your primary care doc or online help (there is a lot of help on line now). Medication and therapy for some people works wonders. Just keep breathing and putting one foot in front of the other and remember you've made it through 100% of your worst days. Best of luck to you. Better days are ahead.

I also experience a lot of anxiety when I wake up. This is a good time to do meditation. Even five or 10 minutes of meditation can be very helpful in reducing your anxiety.

In addition, there are many other treatments for anxiety, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, breathing exercises, therapy, physical, exercise, and possibly medication.

For me, it is better to get up and get going and do things than to lie in bed and feel anxious. Getting into my daily routine helps me to reduce my anxiety. I also practice the things that I mentioned above, and I think that I am reducing my morning anxiety.

The breathing techniques are very affective aswel as exercise ,Even the odd jogging on the spot is so helpful to me 🙃
