Really need so guidance

How do I make friends? I am almost 65, work in a small office, my kids are gone, and the man I thought was my soul mate was not. I am so lonely and don't have any idea how to meet people.

I get what you're going thru. It feels so hard. However, I do have some suggestions. If you can find a church that feels good, you will find friends and community. Also, try to find a book club, your local library might have ideas. Take a class. Is there a senior center near you? - check it out. You can do this! Best wishes Sadmama 🥰

I love optimismrus' ideas. Another thought - volunteer somewhere. I've met many people that way.
