I'll be just fine working along and then gradually ill start to get upper neck and back pain, it gets tight to the point that I've begin to start to feel a little off balance like a vague floating feeling like if I could get dizzy but don't and then it just seems to carry on until I take a Tylenol and then after that I feel so fatigued and my tinnitus also starts up with the fatigue and I like if I just had some kind of episode. Does anyone experience anything like this?
Anyone have muscle neck and back tens... - Anxiety and Depre...
Anyone have muscle neck and back tension so bad with anxiety or is it my back first then anxiety?
Not exactly but similar. I have spinal stenosis and am 71. When I lie down the pain in the back of my neck becomes severe and it ruins my mood. I have to take meds and about 2 hours later I am almost functional again. The same when I nap, which I have done for most of my life, the same problem. So I am dealing with big mood swings because of the pain I believe. I know if I concentrate on how bad the pain is and worry about it, I keep feeling worse, so I try to do things to make myself feel better...and be as patient as possible with the process.
I hope this helps...sending you my best wishes and support.
If you can, see a doctor. It could be a physical ailment and anxiety is the symptom, as in my case.
I do feel pain everywhere including my head, neck, face shoulder, back etc . It comes and goes.
