Due to fear out of nothing.. Only fear and feeling always I am going to die. I m not able to go out of my room. Plz help
Hi, Im sorry you're going through this. I have had felt this intense fear of feeling like i'm going to die too and it definitely is quite debilitating. Have you tried/considered therapy?
I'm sorry you're going through this. But I want you to think about this. I know the fear is scary and the sensations you feel are really upsetting. But I really want you to look at this. Even though your brain tells you that you are going to die and sometimes it feels like it. Notice something....You are still here. That's what anxiety is. It tells you that you are an absolute danger. And you get this Rush of adrenaline and that makes you feel these sensations of racing heart and sweatiness etc. It's just your mind. Overreacting.
Now there are a few ways to overcome this. You can seek counseling from a psychologist or licensed therapist that deals especially with agoraphobia and anxiety. And they will help give you tools to cope better with anxiety. There is also plenty of books about this subject. My favorites are hope and help for your nerves by Dr. Claire weekes and Dare: a new way to end anxiety and stop panic attacks by Barry McDonagh.
And then there's getting confidence and sometimes I can come in the form of family support or group support. Which place like this can help with that. By giving you encouragement.
Wishing you healing and peace 🫂 ❤️

Not sure how to help
just don’t think about dying. Be thinking about living and be grateful that you have a life. I wish you the best! 😀
Never give up.. your mind and body are stronger than you know… all they need is a little encouragement.. nurture it.. feed it .. exercise it.. relax it… as a person crippled with anxiety through ME some forty years ago.. I began my recovery by starting little walking therapy at night when I was sure not to bump into other people.. still here today living each day more robustly .. best wishes to you from the UK.
