You thought you had finally found your footing in life. You had worked hard to build a happy home, a loving family, and a successful career. But in the blink of an eye, everything changed. Your world came crashing down, leaving you feeling lost and alone. Dear Daddy I will always be your Son

That's true EddyO, The thing about life is that we must embrace the good times because

as you said, things can change on a dime and gone are the chances we had.

I hear the pain in your words. Anyway that we can help? :) xx

Oh EddyO, I am so sorry that is alot for a you to take on. The parents issues

shouldn't fall on the shoulders of the children. BUt apparently, they have.

Eddy, music can be a form of release. However, sad music can make the pain

worse. When I am down and need motivation, hope and faith that things will

turn out for the best...I tune into motivational music.

Whether you sing or dance to the beat, it can stimulate the brain bringing a

rise in the Endorphin Levels which in turn can help calm you.

It doesn't take away the problem/issue but it gives you time in the present

moment to feel safe and hopeful. :) xx
