My anxiety and depression has been beyond crazy. I fell last week, had to give away my puppy, lost a close friend and went to the funeral.......I just need somebody to tell me that it is going to be okay.

I am so sorry that that you have had so many painful things happen to you in a short period. My condolences to you on the loss of your friend. You will get through this hellacious time in your life. It is totally understandable that your depression and anxiety R high. Perhaps it might be helpful to break these things down. With the loss of your friend, grieving has a way of going up and down. Perhaps a bereavement group might be helpful or try reading a book called when Bad Things happen to Good People. Please keep beloved memories of her close to your heart. For your fall, have you seen a doctor or put cold or hot pads on. ? As for the loss of your puppy,, maybe it would help to volunteer at a humane society. You are stronger than you know. Perhaps journaling your emotions might be helpful as well. Do you have a therapist? If so please make an appointment. I’m here for you and the HU community is here as well. Hugs 🤗 S

Thank you for your kind words. When you get to my age of 65, life experience teaches you many things. Hope you are well.
Thank you so much. I never thought about a bereavement group. I will look into it. I was rushed to the e.r. when I fell. No fractures, thankfully. Just bruises and a lot of pain. I started seeing a counselor 2 months ago. I actually have a session with her today. I am grateful to have this platform. Your support means the world to me.
