anxiety help-feel stuck

new to the group and looking for just support because I feel hopeless when I have high anxiety. I worry I will lose my job and my loved ones won’t want to be around me. I started feeling anxious this weekend and I don’t really know the cause. But that fear of a panic attack has me avoiding and fear of being stuck like this. Which I have overcome it before but lately it’s happening more

It takes time and sometimes it's just about riding the wave until it's over. You can do this.
