Can you really start over in your late 50’s? I’m in great health & feel like I’m in my 20’s. But I have struggled with jobs all my life. I have anxiety & ADD ( been diagnosed) I am struggling with this .

Yes, I found every opportunity comes at this age because you studied and done other things! I am now working previously voluntary or charity work only but in proper job

It's possible, and likely to have a good outcome. I'll let you know; I started over at 43 and am still working on it. Should have started sooner, but hindsight is 20/20.

YES you can. Its like having a second childhood, only this time you get to do what you want. Follow your heart and do what brings you JOY.

I’m 55 and want to do the same.

I don’t know how to do it or what to do. We struggle financially so starting over and likely earning less isn’t going to work well.

My health isn’t great but I get up and go to work everyday!

I believe you can start over at any age. Sometimes life forces us to start over and sometimes we choose to start over. Oftentimes change is overwhelming, but takes us to something better.

I feel very overwhelmed because I just moved from Ga back to Tx.

I can understand the feeling of being overwhelmed. You made a huge change in your life when you moved. It can be very scary. Just remember what you are feeling right now will pass as you settle into your new surroundings. Keep reaching out. You are not alone. This is a great group of supportive people here to listen and offer encouragement.

Yes, you can always start over. I'm 60 and had to start over in a new city when I was 58 and it was hard at first and took time to get to know new people, but it's going well. You can do this!

Did you have to find a new job? I just moved to another state & staying with 1 of my sisters.

I did, but I work for myself as a pet sitter.
